I got a notice saying our internet bill would be going up by about $10/month (the promotional price was ending). No thank you!
So I called and said I was thinking about cancelling and the nice lady told me she could get me 12 more months of the same service for $5 less/month! It was definitely worth the call and surprisingly quite easy. Wonder what else I can get cheaper...
