I recently started using thredUP and have been quite pleased with it!
It's a pretty simple concept: you buy a box of clothes you need in the size you need and you post a box for sale in the size your kid has already grown out of. There is also a 1:1 ration where you must make sure you sell a box every time you buy one (this is kinda nice because it forces everyone to participate).
It's worth checking out especially since babies and kids grow out of clothes so fast and buying used saves money and the environment!
