Spicy or mild Jennie-O sausage sauteed whole or removed from casings (faster) and then throw in a bag of fresh spinach. Yummy juices flavor the spinach perfectly for a healthy, delicious and quick meal!
mix with chopped garlic, onions and pepper for delicious burger patties! garnish with basil and sliced tomato. so yum!
